合適的才是最好的

There are many major decisions to make in our life， such as deciding which job to take.

人生中有很多重大決策要做，比如選擇一份工作。

Choosing a job is never easy.

選工作這件事，從來都不容易。

Whether it is for students or for those who have already worked in the workplace ， this is a major decision.

不管是對學(xué)生來說，還是對已經(jīng)奮戰(zhàn)在職場的人來說，這都是個重大的決策。

Standing in front of a main crossroad of life， we may panic and become confused.

在這么重大的人生分歧點面前，我們總是容易慌神，變得無所適從。

Maybe you should ask yourself this question first,

Does this position meet my values?

這個職位符合我的價值觀嗎？

It is undeniable that each of us has our own values.

不可否認，我們每個人都有自己的價值觀。

Some people like to judge the merits and demerits of different values； but the fact is that most times there are only differences among various values， not superiority or inferiority.

有些人喜歡給不同的價值觀評出優(yōu)劣；但事實是，很多時候各種價值觀之間只有不同，并無貴賤。

Different values should adopt different paths。 It is the adequate one which is the best.

不同的價值觀應(yīng)該采取不同的發(fā)展路徑，合適的才是最好的。

If you like stability， then do not find a job that pays exactly according to performance。 It will only overwhelm you.

如果你看中穩(wěn)定性，那就不要找一個完全按業(yè)績給工資的工作，那只會讓你不堪重負。

If you value the degree of autonomy， then do not go to a bureaucratic place because you will not be able to stand that place.

如果你看重工作中的自由度，那就不要為了穩(wěn)定而去那種官僚氣氛濃厚的地方，你會受不了的。

Don‘t forget。 It is the adequate one which is the best.

別忘了，合適的才是最好的。
