A: Since there are many risks for investors in stock markets, why there are so many people crazy about investing?

Sometimes, it is advantageous for the company to sell stocks for taxes reasons, because the tax law says the company may save money on taxes by selling shares on the stock exchange. However, sometimes a company sells shares of stock because it needs money to pay the banks.
