今年第17號(hào)臺(tái)風(fēng)“塔巴”已于今天下午加強(qiáng)為強(qiáng)熱帶風(fēng)暴級(jí)，下午5點(diǎn)鐘其中心位于日本沖繩縣那霸市偏南方大約340公里的臺(tái)灣以東洋面上，中心附近最大風(fēng)力有11級(jí)（30米/秒），中心最低氣壓980百帕，七級(jí)風(fēng)圈半徑250-450公里，十級(jí)風(fēng)圈半徑100-200公里。中央氣象臺(tái)20日18時(shí)繼續(xù)發(fā)布臺(tái)風(fēng)預(yù)報(bào)。

This year's No. 17 typhoon "Taba" has been strengthened into a strong tropical storm class this afternoon. At 5 o'clock in the afternoon, its center is located on the east side of Taiwan, about 340 kilometers south of Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan. Level 11 (30 m / s), the central minimum pressure of 980 hectopascals, the seven-level wind circle radius of 250-450 km, the ten-level wind circle radius of 100-200 km. The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue typhoon forecasts at 18:00 on the 20th.

預(yù)計(jì)，“塔巴”將以每小時(shí)20公里左右的速度向北偏西方向移動(dòng)，21日凌晨進(jìn)入東海，強(qiáng)度還將有所增強(qiáng)，最大強(qiáng)度可達(dá)臺(tái)風(fēng)級(jí)（12級(jí)，33-35米/秒）；21日傍晚前后將在東經(jīng)125度附近轉(zhuǎn)向北偏東方向移動(dòng)，趨向朝鮮半島南部沿海，并將于22日下午到晚上在韓國(guó)南部沿海登陸，以后移入日本海，逐漸變性為溫帶氣旋。
