Footprints in the Sand是Leona Lewis的第一張專輯“Spirit”里的一支單曲，由Richard Page, Per Magnusson, David Kreuger和Simon Cowell作詞，Steve Mac作曲。這首歌是慈善機構(gòu)Sport Relief 2008年的官方歌曲。Lewis談起這首歌時，形容它“很感人，歌詞很振奮人心”，這首歌的主題就是“在別人需要幫助時施以援手”。
