一滴墨汁落在一杯清水里，這杯水立即變色，不能喝了；一滴墨汁融在大海里，大海依然是蔚藍(lán)色的大海。

為什么？因為兩者的肚量不一樣。

不熟的麥穗直刺刺地向上挺著，成熟的麥穗低垂著頭。為什么？因為兩者的份量不一樣。

哲理：寬容別人，就是肚量；謙卑自己，就是份量；合起來，就是一個人的質(zhì)量。

譯文：

A drop of ink falls into a glass of water, which immediately discolors and becomes undrinkable. A drop of ink melted in the sea, the sea is still the blue sea.

Why is that? Because they have different capacities.

The unripe ears of wheat stick straight up, the ripe ones hang their heads. Why is that? Because the weight is different.

Philosophy: tolerance of others is tolerance; Humility is weight. Taken together, it is the quality of a person.
