中新社北京9月12日電 (記者 阮煜琳)今年第23號臺風(fēng)“百里嘉”正向瓊粵沿海步步靠近，預(yù)計將于13日白天在廣東電白到海南萬寧一帶沿海登陸，華南沿海將有強風(fēng)巨浪。國家海洋預(yù)報臺12日發(fā)布海浪和風(fēng)暴潮黃色警報。

國家海洋預(yù)報臺12日消息，今年第23號臺風(fēng)“百里嘉”(熱帶風(fēng)暴級)的中心12日早晨5點鐘位于廣東省雷州市偏東方大約630公里的海面上。預(yù)計，“百里嘉”將以每小時15公里左右的速度向偏西方向移動，強度逐漸加強，最強可達強熱帶風(fēng)暴級，并將于13日白天在廣東電白到海南萬寧一帶沿海登陸。
