劉湘，出生于1996年的姑娘，她的父母都是籃球籃球運動員，可以說是生在一個體育世家，5歲那年劉湘的父母發(fā)現(xiàn)她非常喜歡游泳，就開始重點培養(yǎng)，之后的不久就拿到了廣州賽區(qū)游泳冠軍。

2010年，劉湘進入廣東游泳隊，2012年在全國女子50米仰泳比賽中獲得冠軍，此后進入到國家隊。2013年，獲得全國青年游泳錦標(biāo)賽冠軍。

2014年全國游泳錦標(biāo)賽冠軍，2016年斬獲全國游泳錦標(biāo)賽仰泳和自由泳冠軍，2017年9月6日，在第十三屆全運會女子50米自由泳預(yù)賽中，以24秒32排名第一，打破塵封了23年的亞洲紀(jì)錄，她堪稱實力和美貌并存。

She was the champion of the national swimming championships in 2014 and the champion of the backstroke and freestyle in the national swimming championships in 2016. On September 6, 2017, she ranked first in the women's 50-meter freestyle preliminary competition in the 13th national games with a time of 24 seconds and 32 seconds, breaking the Asian record held for 23 years.
