全球13臺主要的根服務器中美國控制的有10臺，國內(nèi)尚無自己的根服務器。日前工信部批復設立中國根服務器管理機構(gòu)，將管理F、I、K、L根鏡像服務器。

According to the announcement of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology agreed that the China Internet Network Information Center will set up a domain name root server (F, I, K, L root mirror server) and a domain name root server operation organization. The operations, maintenance and management numbers are JX0001F, JX0002F, JX0003I, respectively. JX0004K, JX0005L, JX0006L domain name root server.

根據(jù)工信部的公告，工信部同意中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡信息中心設立域名根服務器（F、I、K、L根鏡像服務器）及域名根服務器運行機構(gòu)，負責運行、維護和管理編號分別為JX0001F、JX0002F、JX0003I、JX0004K、JX0005L、JX0006L的域名根服務器。

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology requires that the China Internet Network Information Center should strictly abide by the "Internet Domain Name Management Measures", "Communication Network Security Protection Management Measures" and related laws and regulations, administrative regulations and industry management regulations, accept the management and supervision of the Ministry, and establish compliance with the Ministry. The required information management system is connected with the management system designated by the Ministry to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the domain name root server, providing users with safe and convenient domain name services, guaranteeing service quality, protecting user personal information security, and safeguarding national interests and user rights. .

工信部要求，中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡信息中心應嚴格遵守《互聯(lián)網(wǎng)域名管理辦法》《通信網(wǎng)絡安全防護管理辦法》及相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、行政規(guī)章及行業(yè)管理規(guī)定，接受我部的管理和監(jiān)督檢查，建立符合我部要求的信息管理系統(tǒng)并與我部指定的管理系統(tǒng)對接，保證域名根服務器安全、可靠運行，為用戶提供安全、方便的域名服務，保障服務質(zhì)量，保護用戶個人信息安全，維護國家利益和用戶權(quán)益。
