The intensity is expected to be a strong tropical storm (grade 10-11).

中央氣象臺預計，今年第11號臺風“白鹿”在24日中午前后登陸或擦過臺灣東南部后，將于24日夜間到25日早晨在福建漳浦到廣東惠來一帶沿海再次登陸，登陸強度預計為強熱帶風暴級（10-11級）。

The Guangdong Provincial Defense General has launched a typhoon-level emergency response, and the relevant cities and departments are deploying typhoon defense work. Fujian Province raised the typhoon emergency response to the third level on the morning of the 24th and evacuated 9,926 fishing boats.

廣東省防總已啟動防臺風Ⅳ級應急響應，相關地市和部門正部署臺風防御工作。福建省于24日上午將防臺風應急響應提升至三級，并撤離漁船9926艘。
