據(jù)外媒報(bào)道，英國(guó)脫歐的最后期限迫近，與歐盟的談判也進(jìn)入沖刺階段。德國(guó)總理默克爾17日表示，與倫敦的談判正朝著積極的方向發(fā)展，但她強(qiáng)調(diào)，雙方尚未達(dá)成協(xié)議。

According to foreign media reports, the deadline for the Brexit is approaching, and negotiations with the EU have entered the sprint phase. German Chancellor Angela Merkel said on the 17th that negotiations with London are moving in a positive direction, but she stressed that the two sides have not yet reached an agreement.

在布魯塞爾緊急峰會(huì)召開(kāi)前幾小時(shí)，默克爾對(duì)德國(guó)議員們說(shuō)，談判正在“取得進(jìn)展，但仍未達(dá)到目標(biāo)”。

A few hours before the emergency summit in Brussels, Merkel told German lawmakers that the negotiations are "making progress, but still have not achieved their goals."

默克爾此前曾表示，她本人并對(duì)協(xié)議如期達(dá)成的可能性持保守樂(lè)觀(guān)態(tài)度。

Merkel had previously said that she was conservative and optimistic about the possibility of the agreement being reached on schedule.

16日，歐洲理事會(huì)主席圖斯克曾表示，目前協(xié)議的主要條款已敲定。他強(qiáng)調(diào)，從理論上講，17日我們將通過(guò)這份協(xié)議，避免因英國(guó)無(wú)協(xié)脫歐而引起混亂。 

On the 16th, the European Council President Tusk said that the main terms of the agreement have been finalized. He stressed that, in theory, we will pass this agreement on the 17th to avoid confusion caused by the British disengagement.
