The three-week tournament is scheduled to be held in the newly built stadium early next month.You being a member of the team, proper preparation on our part would be appreciated .For starters, please come up with a workout schedule and stick to it so that you can get in shape soon. Secondly, you should attend team training sessions and meetings to study our opponents together with the teammates.

Since the school attaches great importance to this tournament, I hope?we can devote ourselves to becoming a stronger team and a qualified champion.

本文為通知隊(duì)友做賽前準(zhǔn)備的應(yīng)用文。題目中比賽可以是一場比賽(the upcoming volleyball game，)也可以是多場比賽(the upcoming volleyball tournament) 本文選取多場比賽進(jìn)行寫作。在開頭說明寫信意圖后，按照文章要點(diǎn)展開寫作，結(jié)構(gòu)為：

第一段：1 主句，同位語。2 主句（inform sb of st）h，定語從句。

第二段：1 主句（be scheduled被動語態(tài)）。2 獨(dú)立主格，主句（on your part搭配）。3 For starters，

祈使句，結(jié)果狀語從句。4 Secondly，主句（情態(tài)動詞）。

第三段：1 原因狀語從句，主句（devote ourselves to doing sth）。
