7月1日，《上海市生活垃圾管理條例》將正式施行。28日，上海市政府副秘書長黃融在新聞發(fā)布會上介紹，上海已基本建成覆蓋分類運(yùn)輸、分類中轉(zhuǎn)至末端處置的全程信息化監(jiān)管平臺。完成1.3萬個分類投放點(diǎn)改造，干垃圾焚燒能力已達(dá)1.93萬噸/日，濕垃圾資源化利用能力已達(dá)到5050噸/日。

The Shanghai Municipal Education Commission incorporated the knowledge of waste classification into the Shanghai Junior High School Proficiency Test, which is the first lesson for the primary and secondary schools in the city. The city held more than 14,000 publicity activities, distributed more than 1,500,000 copies of publicity materials, and completed more than 6.8 million households.

上海市教委將垃圾分類知識納入上海市初中學(xué)業(yè)水平考試，作為全市中小學(xué)“開學(xué)第一課”。全市舉辦宣傳活動1.4萬余場，發(fā)放宣傳資料1500余萬份，完成入戶宣傳680余萬戶。

Because the "Regulations" are local regulations, they have territorial principles.
